Since its founding, BTREES has been committed to creating a workplace that respects the local area, its people, and the principles of equity. We love taking care of our workplace, where every team member can feel comfortable.
In 2023, we became a benefit corporation, but that wasn’t enough. It was the beginning of a journey based on sharing our values, caring for the collaborators who helped plant and nurture this flourishing tree, and protecting the territory to which we feel deeply connected. All of this has grown stronger over time, leading us to achieve B Corp certification: a tangible result in aligning with ESG criteria and a step forward on a journey we intend to continue.
Becoming a B Corp isn’t a final destination for us: it’s a deliberate choice: to act every day with the goal of generating positive impact for people, clients, communities, and the environment, while staying true to our roots.
