GI GROUPERS: THE NEW PHILOSOPHY OF WORK ON TIKTOK

Brief

After analyzing the results gathered on the existing social channels, we expanded the client’s communication activities to include TikTok (a channel that was already active but needed alignment with the newly developed content strategy). The request was to bring the channel in line with the new brand image adopted on the other social platforms, using original formats specifically created for TikTok, thanks to the involvement of internal company staff as the main faces of the content.

Our Work

The mantra “Job is an attitude” was amplified through an effective video content strategy on TikTok, featuring primarily the heads of the company’s various divisions. The key concept behind the channel was to turn the page into a real community committed to breaking the negative rhetoric surrounding the world of work, highlighting people’s dedication, passion, and attitude. To achieve this, we focused on three main drivers: the needs of the community (related to the world of work), entertainment, and education.
All of this was enhanced by a targeted advertising strategy and careful community moderation.
That’s how the Gi Groupers were born!
