Brief
Midas Italia is a nationwide franchise of automotive repair shops, with a particularly strong presence in Lombardy, Piedmont and Lazio. Since 2023, we have managed the brand’s social media communication on Meta, with the goal of turning its digital channels into a true point of reference for drivers.The social media strategy focuses on building a genuine and engaged community around the brand, positioning Midas as a reliable partner who truly understands people’s needs. The creative concept “We understand you” lies at the core of the project: an empathetic narrative that highlights the emotions, joys and everyday challenges faced by anyone who drives a car. Through useful, informative and engaging content, Midas presents itself online as a brand that listens, understands and genuinely supports drivers throughout their driving experience.
Our Work
The “Sharp Signs” series takes inspiration from the popular @dudewithsign format, reimagining its viral dynamic through the Midas brand lens. Each post features a sign with a witty, sharp message addressed directly to drivers.
By mixing self-irony with a hint of sarcasm, Midas engages its audience and encourages reflection on the small – and often bad – habits we all have behind the wheel. The result is a high-performance content format that generates strong engagement, thousands of views, and a significant volume of comments and community interaction.
